How much does your service cost?

Please check out Services & Pricing for details on my packages. Event assistance is $45 per hour, and day-of coordination starts at $800.


What areas do you serve?

I am located in Sacramento – but available to travel throughout Northern California. Events that are outside of Sacramento County’s boundaries are subject to an additional fee of $1 per mile from my office in Sacramento (i.e. an additional $30 if you are located 30 miles from us).


How many staff do you have available?

I’m officially a one-woman company, though I have colleagues available to collaborate for those larger events that require more hands on deck.


Are you licensed and insured?

Yes! Chardonnay Events holds a valid business license as well as general and professional liability insurance coverage. I have also have received certification for California Food Handlers as well as Responsible Beverage Service.
