If you are looking for a day-of-coordinator for your wedding, look no further. Chardonnay is not only professional and organized, but she is so sweet. The moment she came on, I felt a huge sigh of relief. I knew everything would go smoothly. She thinks of every detail you may be missing and executes every detail you do think of perfectly. My wedding went off without a hitch when there so are so many things that could go awry on the wedding day. I am so thankful for her. I would like to add that she was recommended by a wedding planner (who was my MOH so obviously I needed her in that role for the day). 10/10 recommend, but book early because she is in high demand!

Chardonnay is amazing! Don’t question it, just book her! She is super detail oriented and helped me stay organized throughout the process. She thought of all the little details that sometimes are forgotten. Not only is her work amazing she is one of the kindest humans you’ll meet. She is inclusive. My wife and I struggled a bit finding LGBTQ inclusive vendors until we found her! She was welcoming from the start and made both of us feel important. We love her and we would throw another event, just to be able to have her at it.

Chardonnay is absolutely fantastic! She was always available for questions big and small, with quick and helpful responses. We had a DIY wedding requiring a lot of extra helping hands, and she worked so well with everyone! She is so kind and patient but directive when necessary. We had to postpone our wedding due to Covid-19 and she was incredibly flexible and understanding. She even sent us the sweetest handwritten letters on our would-have-been wedding date and to congratulate us after we were finally able to have our wedding. Chardonnay truly went above and beyond to help us execute our day exactly as we wished. She worked so hard and it showed. We truly could not have done it without her!

Highly recommend working with Chardonnay Kelly for anyone hosting a large event locally in the Bay Area or a destination, like ours. Chardonnay is absolutely amazing! If you're considering hiring an event assistant, Chardonnay is your go to! You will not regret it. Our wedding ended up being a bit of a destination wedding since we had to move unexpectedly, through the process, Chardonnay kept in touch and made sure we were all on the same page. Whether it be via call, email or text, she was always available and provided great ideas. The day of the wedding she was prompt and did a walk through of the venue and met with our other vendors. Words cannot describe how great she was with making sure everything went as planned and ensuring that we didn't have to worry about a thing during the wedding. THANK YOU SO MUCH
